As a successful building contractor for over 20yrs, we saw the need and were asked over and over again to help out fellow contractors with how to repair, design, and properly execute construction projects.
We excelled through education and experience at the technical nature of assessing and properly calculating construction cost when it cam time to explain those cost to insurance carriers. We were if we wanted to change our focus from construction to applying our expertise as consultants after a long time mentor had passed away.
And thus TexasPDC was born out of a necessity to help those who do not know or understand the pitfalls of what happens when you file an insurance claim for property damage or what are real expectations when you embark on a complicated construction project.
